Delicious! Super easy to make and no need for the raw egg or anchovy, yet still tasted just like any other Caesar dressing

I was pleasantly surprised at how good this simple recipe was! I didn't have Worcestershire so I substituted for soy sauce... and I omitted the Parmesan. It was still delicious.

No anchovies? Not Caesar Dressing without them. Without them, it's just Creamy Italian, good, but not what I'm craving. :-)

Awesome dressing. Tastes so much better than bottled dressing you'll never want to buy it again. Also tried less mayo (1/2 cup) & added 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt. Dressing was still great and a few less calories.

Delicious but if you don't want to just taste mayonnaise up the garlic to 2-3 cloves, lemon juice to 2 tsp, add a pinch of cayenne if you don't like anchovy paste and thin with more milk to thin and it's a winner. Cant wait to try it subbing yogurt for mayo to cut the fat as it is nearly drinkable it's so good.

I would give this 10 stars if possible. If you never try another home made dressing - you just have to give this one a shot. I used Kraft grated Parmesan Romano cheese - did add the dry mustard and red wine vinegar. OMG! you will never buy store bought again. I am now thinking of other ways to use this - it is just so flavorful.

I love this recipe. I make it single servings for my lunch. I leave out the Worcestershire, and use garlic powder. I use lite mayo to save calories. Here is my recipe 1 1/2 tbsp. mayo, 1 tsp. lemon juice, 1/2 tbsp. Parmesan, dash of pepper, dash of garlic powder, 1 tsp. milk. Enjoy!

I made it last night for family of 5. We all loved it, best ever. I added anchovies to my salad, and grilled chicken, tomato from my garden and a little onion. Sip of chardonnay and this will become a family favorite. It does blend thick, so you can add another tablespoon of 1/2 and 1/2. I also added a bit more lemon and 2 cloves of garlic...
