just made it using plain greek yogurt so it would work for weight watchers. Tastes great and 2 tablespoons is only 1 point!

I've been making this recipe for a couple of years now,
and every time, it knocks my socks off! I love it!!! I don't even know why, because making Caesar with mayo sounds SO wrong...but it works!

I might use slightly different amounts of lemon juice and W. sauce, because I don't really measure things, just sort of splash them in. Adjusting these a little might make a difference in how much you enjoy this dressing.

Using a really good, sharp Parm that you grate yourself makes a big difference--if you use a pre-grated cheese, especially one of those powdery ones, this dressing will be bland and gritty. I usually leave the salt out of the recipe because the cheese I use is salty enough. Use LOTS of cheese!!!

And I agree with some other posters, the garlic flavor is much better if you press the garlic (or liquefy it in a blender) rather than mincing it.

I have used water or olive oil in place of the milk, so I wouldn't have to worry about the dressing going bad.

Enjoy!

This recipe was good. I used lime juice instead of lemon and added fresh cilantro to the salad. It was delicious...

Made this for my girlfriend's family for a dinner, we used 1/2 the mayo and the other half sour cream, added a couple extra garlic cloves, some tabasco and a little extra lemon juice. Tasted great, this is a great bas reciepe to work off of. Thanks for posting it!!

Nice :-) I am a Brit so had to convert my measurements and didn't need a lot so based it on half a cup and halved ingredients but still did the whole garlic. I also added in a dash of anchovy sauce. Lush!

Executive chef for the United States Marine Corps. We were serving 380 soldiers for lunch at 1300 hours. Salad was prepped and being served only to discover that the restock order was incomplete, No dressing. Gunnery Sergeant ordered an inventory of product on hand. I recalled your recipe and ramped it up for the soldiers. The only suggestion would be to add more cream, Italian seasoning and small amount of oil to help with the consistency.

Soldiers loved it Great Recipe, You receive a formal salute

Delicious! I prepared everything without the mayonnaise because I realized I only had a 1/2 a cup. I split it and put 1/2 of it in an airtight container. Used the other half with my only 1/2 cup of mayo. Plenty for a family 4. Now we get to have it again this week!... If I don't forget to buy more mayo.

I used 1/2 c. Trader Joe's organic mayo and 5 tbsp. fresh buttermilk eliminating the milk or half and half...I tripled the Worcestershire sauce and added big tbsp. of Maille mustard with the rest of listed ingredients in an effort to imitate Legal Seafood's excellent dressing. Next time I will add a tbsp of anchovy paste. It was a good first attempt.
