CHICKEN SHERRY 
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 clove garlic
1 sm. can mushrooms
12 green olives
1 c. sherry
1 tsp. flour
1 chicken or 6 breasts

Melt stick of butter until brown. Brown the chicken and remove from the pan. Brown onion and garlic. Add mushrooms and olives; 1 teaspoon flour and sherry. Return chicken to pan and cook slowly, covered for 35 to 45 minutes. Serves 6.
