BAKED CHICKEN WITH SHERRY WINE 
1 whole chicken cut up
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sliced onion
1/2 c. sherry cooking wine
4 tbsp. cooking oil

Cut chicken wash and pat dry. In skillet heat 4 tablespoons cooking oil to brown chicken. Arrange chicken on 13 x 9 x 2 pan with the rest of the ingredients. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour uncovered turning over once. Serve with steamed rice, 4 bean and rolls.
