WINE BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS 
1 c. red wine
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. salad oil
1 tbsp. water
1 clove garlic, peel and slice
1 tsp. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. brown sugar
3 chicken breasts, split in halves
3-4 c. wild rice

Combine all sauce ingredients and mix well. Place chicken in large casserole and pour mixture over and cover dish. Bake 1 1/2 hours, uncover for last 15 minutes. Serve at once. 375 degree oven. Serves 6.
