CHICKEN BREAST MARIA'S WAY 
2 whole chicken breasts, split
Seasoned salt & pepper
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. minced green onions
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. paprika
1 bunch broccoli, freshly cooked, hot
4 canned cling peach halves
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Season chicken with seasoned salt and pepper. Melt butter in skillet. Add green onions and garlic and saute a few minutes. Stir in paprika. Turn chicken in mixture until coated.

Put in shallow-broiler proof baking dish. Cover loosely with foil and bake about 20 minutes. Arrange well-drained broccoli in pan beside chicken. Put peaches in pan.

Mix sour cream and mayonnaise; spoon over all. Sprinkle with cheese. Put low in broiler and broil 6-8 minutes or until glazed and richly flecked with brown.

Makes 4 servings.
