CHICKEN BREASTS IN SHERRY & SOUR
CREAM
 
4 chicken breasts
1 pkg. sliced mushrooms (fresh) sliced & sauteed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Sherry wine (about 1/2 of a soup can)
1-2 c. sour cream
1 c. raw rice (use less if this looks like too much)

Arrange in baking dish; chicken, rice, mushrooms, then sour cream mixture. Make sure mixture is soupy. Add 1/2 soup can water if necessary. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Dust with paprika before baking.
