1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips 1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips 2 c. peanut butter (smooth or chunky) 1 c. butter 1/2 c. evaporated milk 1/4 c. reg. vanilla pudding, dry mix 1 tsp. maple flavoring 2 lbs. powdered sugar 1 lb. peanuts Melt chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and peanut butter in large bowl in microwave. Put 1/2 of this mixture in well buttered 12x16 pan. Put in refrigerator. Mix butter, evaporated milk, pudding mix in saucepan. Boil for 1 minute and add maple flavoring. Next add the powdered sugar. Spread on top of mixture in refrigerator. Add the peanuts to the remaining chocolate mixture and spread over filling. Refrigerate. Cut in small squares. |
