MARYLAND FRIED CHICKEN BREASTS 
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 beaten eggs
breadcrumbs, for dipping
1/2 cup seasoned flour
1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 350˚F.

In a shallow dishes or breading trays, dip chicken into seasoned flour, eggs, and bread crumbs in that order.

In an oven proof or cast iron pan, fry chicken pieces for 2 to 4 minutes. Flip and repeat.

Place in heated oven for 12 minutes.

Serves 4.
