“FLUFFY CHOCOLATE PUDDING” IS IN:

FLUFFY CHOCOLATE PUDDING 
The quick marvel with the "fudge candy" taste.

2 (1 oz. ea.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup water
1/8 tsp. salt
2 egg whites

Melt chocolate in top of double boiler.

Add sweetened condensed milk and stir over rapidly boiling water for 5 to 10 minutes or until thick.

Remove from heat, Add water and salt. Cool 5 minutes.

Beat egg whites until in soft peaks but not dry. Fold in chocolate mixture.

Place in sherbet glasses. Chill.

Garnish with salted almonds, if desired.
