SQUASH PUDDING | |
6-8 yellow squash, cook tender 1/2 tsp. salt 6 tbsp. flour 1 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 c. milk 1 tbsp. melted butter 1 tsp. nutmeg Mash squash and add salt. Blend in rest of ingredients. Pour in greased pan 1 inch deep. Bake until brown at 375 degrees. 8 servings. |
