SQUASH PUDDING 
4 squash
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. white sugar
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. Pet milk
1/2 stick butter

Beat eggs, add squash and remaining ingredients. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until brown.
