DELICATE LEMON SQUARES 
1 c. flour
1/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. butter

FILLING:

2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Confectioners' sugar

Mix together 1 cup flour, 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar and 1/2 cup butter cut in butter, then pat into small baking pan. Beat eggs. Add sugar and lemon juice, beat until thick and smooth, 8-10 minutes. Stir flour and baking powder. Add to egg mixture. Blend until moist, pour over baked crust. Bake 20-25 minutes then sift confectioners' sugar on top of cooled filling. Bake crust at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
