CLAM BAKE DIP 
2 cans minced clams & juice (save)
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 diced med. onion
1 diced clove garlic
1/2 diced green pepper
1 stick butter
Dash Tabasco
Dash paprika
1/2 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

PART #1: Simmer clams and juices and lemon juice for 10 minutes.

PART #2: Simmer butter until soft. Add onion, garlic, pepper, Tabasco, paprika and simmer 5 minutes. Add in 1/2 cup bread crumbs. Place in Pyrex, top with shredded cheddar and Parmesan cheese. Heat 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with crackers or cocktail bread slices.
