BAKED CLAM DIP 
6 cans minced clams
1 lb. box of Ritz crackers
1 lg. onion, diced fine
4 to 6 cloves of garlic
1 stick butter, melted
Garlic salt

Melt butter, crush Ritz crackers. In a big mixing bowl, mix crackers, 5 cans of clams with juice and 6th can just clams. Save juice from 6th can. Add onion and crushed garlic and mix well. Add melted butter and garlic salt, mix well. If mixture is dry, add the remaining 6th can of juice. Put mixture in a corningware or any other oven proof casserole and bake at 350 degrees until bubbling, 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. When done, serve with your favorite crackers.

Tried this recipe for Super Bowl Sunday and it was a huge hit. I sprinkled a layer of flavored breadcrumb on the top before baking. When it was done it was perfection.
I must admit that I also had to improvise on the size of the cans of clams. I went with 4 large cans and 2 of the half size.
I used 4 large and 1 of the smaller cans, (all with liquid)
I used whole baby clams instead of the minced.
