EASY BAKED ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 can (16 oz. +/-) drained artichokes
1 pkg. herb garlic cheese spread ie Alouett
3/4 c. mayonnaise
Parmesan

In food processor (or with potato masher) blend artichokes, then add cheese spread and mayonnaise. Spoon into small heat proof crock or baking dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in 400 degree oven for 20-35 minutes. Serve with crackers.
