CRANBERRY SALAD 
2 c. cranberries
1 lg. unpeeled orange
1 c. grapes (seeded)
1 c. coarsely ground walnuts
3/4 to 1 1/2 c. sugar (to taste)
1 pkg. orange or lemon Jello

Grind cranberries and orange with a food grinder. Cut grapes in half, add nuts and sugar to taste. Let stand about 1/2 hour to blend flavors. Make one package of Jello according to directions on package (short water just a little, chill until set).

Note: Cranberries grind much better frozen.
