CRANBERRY JELLO SALAD 
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jello
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. hot water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. ground fresh cranberries
1 c. chopped celery
1 sm. orange, peel on & ground, seeds removed
1/2 c. walnuts

Drain pineapple, reserving syrup. Add enough water to syrup to make 1/2 cup if necessary. Dissolve gelatin and sugar in hot water. Add reserved syrup and lemon juice. Chill until partially set. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a 5 cup mold and chill until set.
