CRANBERRY SALAD 
2 c. ground cranberries
2 c. sugar
2 pkgs. lemon or strawberry Jello
4 c. warm water (2 c. boiling first to Jello)
1 c. dried celery
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 ground orange

Combine cranberries and sugar and let stand. Dissolve Jello in water (half boiling) chill until partially set. Add other ingredients. Place in mold and set in refrigerator until ready to serve unmold place on platter serves about 15.
