BROCCOLI DIP 
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
small can mushroom stems and pieces
3 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. fresh chopped broccoli
1 can mushroom soup
1 roll garlic cheese

Saute onions and celery in butter. Cook broccoli as directed; drain and add. Add soup and garlic cheese.

Makes 1 quart.
