BROCCOLI DIP 
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. Velveeta or Round cheese, cut into chunks
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, steamed & drained
1 stalk celery, diced
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 c. butter
Tortilla chips

Saute onion and celery in 1 tablespoon butter. Mix in all ingredients except the tortilla chips. Cook until cheese is completely melted. Serve hot dip with Tortilla chips.
