BROCCOLI OR SPINACH DIP 
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 box Knorr vegetable soup mix (dry)
10 oz. chopped frozen broccoli or spinach (cooked)
1 sm. can water chestnuts (chopped)
1/4 onion (chopped)
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix together and chill. Cut top off and remove inside of 1 round sourdough bread. Place around bread. Put dip inside bread and serve.
