HOT BROCCOLI CHEESE DIP 
2 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sour cream
1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix

Mix all ingredients until well blended. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate.

Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Garnish with green onions. Serve with assorted vegetables or crackers.
