BROCCOLI AND CHEDDAR DIP 
1 env. Lipton Vegetable Recipe Soup Mix
1 pt. (16 oz.) sour cream
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, partially thawed and squeezed dry
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 oz.)
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

In blender or food processor, combine all ingredients until smooth. Cover and chill 4 hours or overnight. Serve with crisp, fresh vegetables, bread sticks or crackers. Makes about 3 cups of dip.
