HOT BROCCOLI DIP 
1 stick butter
20 oz. frozen, chopped broccoli
4 oz. sliced mushrooms (use stems and pieces)
1 1/2 cups slivered almonds (optional)
2 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup chopped onion
9 oz. garlic cheese
Tabasco or Worcestershire (I use about 2 tbsp. Worcestershire)

Sauté onion in half of the butter. Add broccoli and simmer until tender. Add remainder of ingredients and heat thoroughly. Serve hot with Fritos or other chips.
