“QUICK RICE PUDDING” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  RAISIN NOODLE PUDDING

QUICK RICE PUDDING 
2 cups cooked rice (1/2 to 2/3 cup uncooked)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tablespoon butter, melted
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
1 tsp. pure vanilla or 1 tbsp. rum (optional)
1/2 cup raisins

Combine all ingredients well. Place in a greased casserole dish. Put the casserole dish in a shallow pan of hot water and bake for one hour at 325°F.

I tried it with uncooked rice.. It didn't turn out 100 percent but it was definitely good. My dad totally nom-nomed it lol its his favourite. I found adding a spoon full of honey with the melted better gave it extra flavouring :]

I had all the ingredients right but didn't know about putting the dish in a shallow pan of hot water. Who knew!!!
