1 pkg. frozen potatoes O'Brien with onion and pepper
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. butter, melted
Salt, pepper, onion or onion flakes to taste

Mix ingredients together well. Pour into 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Top with 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
