NO PRE-BOIL MACARONI AND CHEESE 
This really works! I came up with this recipe because traditional mac and cheese requires too many pots and pans to clean!

2 (1 lb. ea.) pkgs. small elbow macaroni
1 (14.5 oz.) jar Alfredo sauce
1 cup water
16 oz. pkg. grated cheese, your choice of any good melting cheese
1 prepared pkg. of Country (white) Gravy mix

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a covered casserole dish, add macaroni, Alfredo sauce, water, cheese and the prepared Country Gravy mix. Cover and bake for 1 hour. Remove from oven, stir and serve when cool enough to eat.
