1 sm. onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 stick butter
1 lb. bag of hash brown potatoes
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Saute onions and celery in butter. Mix rest of ingredients with onions and celery. Bake in a greased 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
