10 potatoes, cook, drain and mash

ADD:

2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter

Refrigerate overnight. Sprinkle with grated sharp cheese on top and bake uncovered 30 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
