COMPANY POTATOES 
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
2 lbs. frozen diced hash brown potatoes
1 pt. sour cream
2 to 3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. corn flake crumbs
Salt & pepper &(or) other seasoning

Save 1 cup of shredded cheese and corn flakes for topping. Use 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Spray with Pam. Mix above ingredients. Pour melted butter on top and mix. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.

Pour 1 cup cheese and 1 cup crumbled corn flakes on top. Reheat for 5 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
