1 (32 oz.) Ore Ida hash brown potatoes 1 pt. sour cream 1 can each cream of celery, cream of mushroom soup 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese Salt, pepper, garlic Salt to taste 1 c. chopped onion Mix all together. Top with 2 cups cornflakes. Drizzle with 1 stick melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours in 9 x 13 pan. Bake 2 (8 x 8) pans for 1 hour. |
