SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. mild or hot pork sausage
1 small onion, diced
1 cup Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
spaghetti

Cook spaghetti until not quite done. Drain.

Fry the onion and sausage together, drain oil. Add Velveeta cheese, cream of mushroom soup and the milk.

Stir all together and pour into casserole dish.

Bake at 350F degrees until hot and bubbly.

I changed it up a little. I added a can of rotel and a little extra cheese. Was so good. And used turkey sausage
