PEACH COBBLER 
Other fruit or berries may be substituted.

3 c. sweetened peaches with juice
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
6 oz. melted butter

Put fruit in bottom of baking dish (approximately 9"x13"). Mix flour, sugar and salt. Add egg and stir to a crumbly mix. Spread over fruit. Pour melted butter evenly over the mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until brown. For a large cobbler, double all ingredients except the butter (still use 6 ounces).
