HOMEMADE VANILLA ICE CREAM | |
For 6 quart freezer. 3 (3/4 oz.) boxes instant vanilla pudding 2 1/2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. vanilla 1 qt. half and half or cream Milk to fill freezer a little more then 3/4 full Put the half and half or cream and about a quart of the milk into large mixer bowl. Add pudding mix, sugar and vanilla and beat to dissolve the sugar. Pour mixture into freezer can and add milk until a little more than 3/4 full, mixing well. Put in the dasher and put the lid on. Get the ice and salt and freeze ice cream. |
