EASY AND MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. water
3/4 c. sour cream
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. butter
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate

Melt chocolate in warm butter. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well, then beat for 2 or 3 minutes.

Pour into prepared pans and bake in 350°F oven, 9"x13" pans takes 40 minutes and 9" rounds need 30 minutes for baking.
