Super easy and super good I added mini Reese's cups to mine. Good stuff I make an old fashioned fudge recipe it's similar u have to crystalize the sugar to the cocoa. Will make again!

This is a good recipe but you have to make sure you cook it long enough or it will be grainy and not set up. It should be at a hard boil before you start timing. Most fudge recipes use a temperature of 235°F on a candy thermometer to make sure sure it is cooked enough.

I've been making fudge all day for my co-workers & I got nearly done when my boyfriend asked me to make a batch for him. I'd already made peanut butter but ran out of evaporated milk so I came across this recipe using regular milk. This was the easiest recipe I used all day! There's something to be said for using mom's recipe but this one is just as good (sorry mom) and much simpler! I will definitely be saving this one!

Fantastic... just like my mother used to make. This is not a creamy fudge it is a dry flaky fudge. My husband tells me it is the closest to his mom's fudge he's ever had! High praise indeed. I used the soft ball test method in cold water just like mom did.

First time I made this it was fabulous! Made three batches in the past two days that simply did not turn out. After checking all ingredients several times I realized that my current milk is fat free. USE WHOLE MILK.

This was the most awesome recipe I have ever tried. I couldn't stop eating it, I had to give the rest of it away to my daughter so I wouldn't eat the whole thing!
