Very smooth and moist recipe I melted peanut butter for an icing than crushed up Reeses cups. For a Reeses cups brownie it was delish.

OMG. I have never been a baker. I can cook whatever but baking no.. The other day I wanted something sweet, I thought about brownies. I looked up this recipe. I saw all the great reviews on this recipe so I decided to try this recipe. This recipe has got to be the best ever! My brownies came out perfect but I will say next time I will only use one cup of butter instead of one and a half and I might try to add a little peanut butter but other than that I love this recipe. This has got to be the best recipe ever for an non baker!

Thanks for sharing this recipe. I modified it based on comments received. I used 3 eggs & half the butter. Although the brownies were yummy - were consumed within minutes! - they were a bit cake-like.

I wanted to make homemade brownies and found this recipe on line, made them from scratch adding a bit of Dude Sweet Chocolate to the Coco powder and they are truly awesome! Will make for Holiday's.

Next time I will try with nuts added. Very good and I control the ingredients not all the bad stuff in them.

The only brownie recipe I bother to use anymore. Sometimes I'll swirl in some fresh-ground peanut butter before I put it in the oven for some extreme flavor sensations.

OK, folks, fix these brownies and a glass of milk and you're set. The recipe was easy and so tasty. I'm snowed in today in Virginia and these were "necessary". Thanks for sharing.

My first time making homemade brownies. I did only soften butter. I think next time I will melt the butter.

Too cake like. Taste too bland. Needs something to liven them up.
