CRANBERRY RAISIN PIE 
1 c. cranberries, cut in half
1 c. raisins, cut in half
1 c. sugar
2 rounded tbsp. flour
1 c. cold water
1 tsp. vanilla, and more

Put bottom pie crust in 9-inch pie dish. Put cranberries on crust. Add raisins.

Mix sugar and flour until well mixed. Add water and vanilla and stir until well mixed. Pour slowly over raisins and cranberries. Put top crust on (with holes in top crust) and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Lower to 350 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. Then finish baking at 325 degrees until juice bubbles up through cuts in crust. Total time - 3/4 to 1 hour.
