CRANBERRY-RAISIN SAUCE 
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
Dash of ground cloves
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. orange juice
1 1/2 c. cranberry juice
1/2 c. raisins

Mix together and cook until thickened. Delicious served over ham slices.
