SWEET AND SOUR PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. oil
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. molasses
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 med. onion, sliced
1 green pepper, cut in strips

Roll chops in flour and brown in oil in large skillet. Drain mushrooms, reserving juice, adding water to equal 1 cup. Combine juice, molasses, salt, soy sauce and vinegar. Pour over chops; add onion, green peppers, and mushrooms to chops. Cover and simmer 45 to 60 minutes. Serve with rice. Serves 4.
