SWEET - N - SOUR PORK CHOPS 
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 1/4 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 green pepper, cut in chunks
4 pork chops
2 tbsp. vegetable oil

Cook pineapple juice, ketchup, brown sugar and vinegar until hot and blended. Add pineapple and peppers. Brown pork in oil. Remove from heat. Place in baking pan. Pour mix over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
