1 16oz can chick peas 1/2 cup sesame seeds 3 tbsp lemon juice 1 clove garlic cayenne pepper to taste black pepper to taste parsley to taste 1. Put chick pea liquid, garlic and sesame seeds in blender on high. 2. Add chick peas and lemon juice. Blend until creamy. 3. Add cayenne pepper, black pepper and parsley. Blend for a second to mix in.
