SWEET & SOUR PORK CHOPS 
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. cut up pork chops
3 tbsp. cornstarch
Corn oil

SAUCE:

1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained & juice reserved
1/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. cornstarch mixed with 1/3 c. water
1/2 green pepper, cut in chunks
1 tomato, cut in wedges

Mix egg with salt and pour over pork in medium bowl. Roll pork in mixture of flour and cornstarch. Heat oil to 375 degrees for deep frying. Cook pork until golden; set aside and keep warm.

SAUCE: Combine juice of pineapple, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce and cornstarch mixture. Heat to a boil (set aside). Mix green pepper and pineapple, cook for 2 minutes in a skillet, then add tomatoes for a few seconds to heat. Pour sauce over pork, mix all together then serve.
