ITALIAN WEDDING COOKIE 
1 dozen eggs
3 sticks butter
1 c. milk
7 tbsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. vanilla
3 c. sugar
1 lb. Philadelphia cream cheese
5 lbs. flour

Have all ingredients at room temperature. Cream sugar, butter and cream cheese. Add eggs, 3 at a time, beating a little before adding. Add milk, vanilla and baking powder. Finally, add 5 pounds of flour and mix thoroughly by hand. Yields a large amount of dough.

Roll, cut and shape in different shapes -- pretzels, donuts, etc. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. Can serve plain or ice when cool.
