WEDDING COOKIES 
1/2 c. (1 stick) Land O Lakes butter
1 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. finely chopped pecans
1 c. powdered sugar

Beat butter with mixer until creamy. Add flour, sugar and vanilla, beating until blended. Stir in pecans. Dough will be stiff. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes. Remove to wire rack. Cool slightly and roll warm cookies in powdered sugar. Cool completely.
