MEXICAN WEDDING COOKIES 
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Beat powdered sugar and butter. Add vanilla and salt. Gradually work in flour and then nuts. Roll into 1 1/2 inch balls and bake 10-12 minutes at 400 degrees until slightly browned. Roll in powdered sugar and cool. Roll in powdered sugar again and store in a plastic container.
