MEXICAN WEDDING COOKIE 
1/2 lb. butter
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Powdered (confectioners') sugar

Soften butter. Add vanilla, sugar and nuts. Stir. Add flour a little at a time. Make into small balls and flatten slightly. Bake at 325 degrees about 15 minutes. Roll 3-4 times in powdered sugar.
