BRENDA'S HEALTHY PIZZA CRUST | |
1 pkg. yeast (1 tbsp.) 1 c. warm water 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. oil 2 tbsp. honey 2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour Dissolve yeast in warm water. Mix all ingredients together and press onto oiled pan that has been sprinkled with corn meal. Makes two 12-inch round pizza crusts. Bake 10 minutes, then decorate with pizza toppings and put back into oven until toppings are bubbly. |
