CRAZY CRUST PIZZA 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef

BATTER:

1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk

TOPPING:

1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can well-drained mushroom stems & pieces
1 c. pizza sauce (or 1 can pizza quick)
Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Use a 14 inch pizza pan or 15 x 10 inch jelly roll pan. Brown beef, season to taste, drain well. Grease and dust pan with flour. Prepare batter, mixing until smooth. Pour into pan, tilting so batter covers bottom of pan. Arrange meat, onions and mushrooms on top. Bake on low rack (425 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes) until golden brown. Remove from oven. Drizzle pizza sauce over top. Sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is lightly brown.

May use 1 cup thinly sliced pepperoni sausage or bulk sausage instead of beef.

PIZZA SAUCE:

1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 to 2 tsp. leaf oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine.
